Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your phone number (required for payment + refund eligibility).
• Date, time, and place of birth (required for chart computation).
• Your question text (used to generate the reading).
• Payment metadata (Razorpay order ID and payment ID).
• Analytics events (page views, intake/payment steps) via PostHog.

What we do NOT collect

• No email address.
• No OTP verification of phone.
• No name (you remain pseudonymous; only your phone identifies you).
• No location beyond what is implied by your birthplace text.

How we use it

Birth data + question are sent to (a) our chart computation service (Swiss Ephemeris) and (b) Anthropic's Claude API to generate the reading. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Consultations are retained indefinitely so you can re-open your past readings via phone lookup. You may request deletion by emailing support@acharyarudradev.com.

Cookies

We use PostHog cookies for product analytics. No advertising cookies.
